The Jacques Torres Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe is everywhere online and for good reason. The recipe is crazy good. It’s chocolate chip to cookie ration is 50:50 for goodness sake, of course it’s awesome! I, as well as my entire family, can vouch for it’s awesomeness. However the original recipe is for a mountain of cookies, so I’ve cut the recipe in half (which took some significant calculations). And since pastry flour is practically impossible to find at a regular grocery store, I’ve substituted it with a mixture of all purpose flour and corn starch.
If you are feeling indulgent or want something decadent for a special occasion, you should definitely splurge on ingredients and make this recipe. So worth it!
